Assessment Cones

These assessment cones are great in the ICT classroom. They allow the teacher to instantly see how everybody in the room is doing. Green means no problems - I don't need any help. Amber means I'm a bit stuck but I'm working independently to try and solve the problem. Red means, I've already tried to solve the problem myself, now I need some help from the teacher.

Students love using them and it promotes independence.

You'll need a red, amber and green for each workstation. I'd suggested printing to coloured cardboard and getting some nice student volunteers or students in detention to do some cutting and sticking.
